Did the match this year for MSC Devina 7 day in October 2021, Carnival Platinum to MSC Gold.Thats just what we got a Gold Card only!! On and off the ship we didn’t get any of the perks we were entitled . When we tried to speak with guest services/future cruise .They had an answer every time for why we didn’t qualify. First thing pre-cruise no 5% up to 15% discount and no luggage tag.On the ship no perks period $50.00 onboard credit! Nope told did not get cause it applies to certain booking and to only certain cruises. The thermal Spa, Nope. MSC gift delivered to your room and Milestone “nothing” when asked them they said that gift is only on a availability and they had no gifts to give.I’m not going list everything you are supposed to receive will paste below the program and will put X by what we didn’t receive .

Silver, Gold and Black members receive a membership pin upon reaching the level of membership for the first time. These will be delivered on-board and are allocated once per membership level upgrade for all members aged over 10 at the time of the cruise. You will need to visit the MSC Voyagers Club infopoint to collect your pin.
Complimentary Thermal Area session
Gold and Black members receive a free one-hour Thermal Area session once per cruise for a steam bath or sauna. This is not available to MSC Voyagers Club members under 18.
Complimentary gift
Gold and Black members will receive a complimentary gift, delivered by Cruise Consultant during the cruise. This is not available to MSC Voyagers Club members under 10 at the time of the cruise.
